Our short courses can be attended by individual employees or entire teams, with online and in-person options, either during the workday or in evenings and weekends. Short courses can be purchased individually or as part of a corporate subscription plan bundle. Customised training programs are led by training needs analysis and skill audits, and can be adapted for the organisation by incorporating industry case studies and internal data.
Placement & Recruitment
Our training courses are designed by your professional peers with the workplace in mind, which means that our graduates have spent time developing all the necessary skills, and actual content production and campaign experience to hit the ground running. Our team will work with you to create internship and work placement projects, and present a shortlist of the best-matching candidates. We also offer cadetships where your new hires can train with us part-time, while working for you full-time.

Our Purpose
The Next Level Academy was founded for one purpose: To help marketing students everywhere close the widening gap between what they must learn for the job and what they were being taught. The problem and impact was too big for us to ignore: (1) So much human potential is wasted because too many graduates are taught the wrong things by the wrong people, and they miss out all the benefits of a marketing career. (2) So much productivity is lost because employers have little choice but to bear the burden of additional time and cost on recruiting, training, and managing employees to make up for their skill gap.

We envision a future where The Next Level Academy will be the Number 1 choice in the world for training and development because we are a marketplace of skills and talent development for both professionals and employers, with the range of training topics and options wide enough to be your lifelong career partner.
